Ltd. was setup to provide Finance Advisory services to leverage over 25 years each of rich finance experience obtained by the founders Piyush Singapuri and Manesh Zaveri. The founders are CPAs and Chartered Accountants, career finance professionals and have worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, core banking, software development, fintech, fire & security, furniture wholesale and many more.
Both founders started off with junior roles and progressed to the lead the finance function as Financial Controllers and CFO’s. Their experience includes external audit, internal audit, book-keeping, accounting, payroll, treasury, tax, transfer pricing, partnerships, billing and invoicing in manufacturing, trading and services environments. As part of their careers both founders have implemented multiple accounting and related systems, worked on various integration projects including Business Intelligence software, Global Payroll Vendor rollouts, Cloud Accounting Platforms, Treasury Management systems, Account Reconciliation tools and many more. The founders now look to start their own journey as entrepreneurs and finance professionals to provide finance advisory services to companies of all sizes.
With experience in the payments industry, project management, long term construction contracts, hospitality platforms, the founders have dealt with a variety of challenges including investor relations, fund-raising and stakeholder management.
Whether it is managing internal teams, establishing and working with shared services teams or partnering with 3rd party service providers, the founders have successfully managed these diverse relationships and added value to their employers.

Both founders enjoy a challenge and working to scale up high growth companies and are flexible enough to work on a full-time or part-time basis in a variety of roles. Both are equally comfortable stepping in as Interim CFO’s, Part-time CFOs or CFO’s on Demand or working as dedicated Project Managers to provide the leadership, guidance and knowledge to internal teams to keep your initiatives on track.
